Occupational Fraud Prevention Employee Awareness Education/Training

A great anti-fraud employment environment includes educating employees about occupational fraud during the on-boarding process and at regular intervals. Setting the "tone at the top" is a priority for all great anti-fraud managers. 


At 65th North Group we offer regular training/education for your employees on occupational fraud prevention, the damages caused from employee misconduct (including asset misappropriation and embezzlement), how to prevent it (what to look for), and how to report it. When employees understand that employee misconduct causes real damage to the entire organization and they can anonymously report a concern through a third-party hotline, they are much more likely to buy-in to understanding the causes of certain workplace misconduct, what they can look for as a behavioral indicator, and how they can help prevent it from causing harm for their employer.
